Multima Poster

For the release of the Multima typeface, type designer René Bieder collaborated with Melbourne based graphic designer Mike Giesser to designed a poster celebrating the release. Since the Multima family is a homage to the legendary Antique Olive typeface, designed by Roger Excoffon in the 1970s, Giesser’s poster is inspired by the aesthetics of old book covers from the 70s and engages the viewer by incorporating silver foil into the piece.

Screen printed black and white⁠ on 50x70cm Silverfoil on matt-coated paper, 170gsm⁠.
